Rumson’s® Dirty Mojito
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Rumson’s Gold Rum
- 0.75 oz Simple Syrup (one part water, one part sugar)
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- Club Soda
- 6 Mint Leaves
- Lime Wedge

Preparation
A refreshing spin on the Cuban classic.
In a highball glass lightly muddle the mint, simple syrup and lime juice. Add Rumson’s Gold Rum and stir. Fill the glass with club soda and garnish with lime wedge and mint sprig.
