Rumson’s® Mai Tai


  • 2 oz Rumson's Gold Rum
  • 1 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 0.5 oz fresh squeezed lime juice Curaco or Grand Marnier
  • 0.25 oz Orgeat
  • 0.25 oz Simple Syrup
  • Lime Wheel
  • Mint Sprig

Glass Type



Combine Rumson's Gold Rum, lime juice, curaçao, orgeat, simple syrup, and reserved lime half in a cocktail shaker. Fill shaker with ice, cover, and shake vigorously until outside of shaker is very cold, about 20 seconds. Strain into a glass filled to the brim with crushed ice. Garnish with lime wedge and mint sprig. Optional - float 0.25-0.5oz Rumson's Spiced Rum on top.
