- 2 oz Rumson’s Gold Rum
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 0.5 oz Coconut Syrup
- 2 splashes Water
- Lime Wedge

Preparation
Simple and sweet like a previous era.
Mix the coconut syrup, Angostura Bitters and water in an old fashioned glass. Add 2-3 ice cubes. Pour in Rumson’s Gold Rum and stir. Garnish with a lime wedge.
