  • 2 oz Rumson’s Spiced Rum
  • 4 oz Tomato Juice
  • 2 dashes Tabasco Sauce
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tsp Horseradish
  • 1 pinch Celery Salt
  • 1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 pinch Paprika
  • 0.25 Lemon Section
  • 0.5 Lime Section
  • Celery Stock
  • Olives (green)

Breakfast or a cure for last night’s over indulgence, delicious and nutritious either way.

In a shaker of ice squeeze lemon and lime sections and drop in shaker. Combine all other ingredients except garnishes. In a pint glass add celery stock garnish and fill with ice. Shake the cocktail and strain into pint glass adding skewered olives as garnish. (season further for taste or, use a pre-made bloody Mary mix)
