- 2 oz Coconut Cream
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 0.5 cup Ice
- Pineapple Wedge
- Maraschino Cherry

Trust us, it may sound weird, but pineapple, coconut and Rumson’s Coffee Rum are unexpected flavors that are crazy delicious together.
Puree ice, coconut cream, pineapple juice and Rumson’s Coffee Rum in a blender. Pour into hurricane glass and garnish with a pineapple slice and maraschino cherry.
